FAQ
Rízes. The “í” in Rízes has an acute accent mark instead of a dot on top like in the “i” the English language. Therefore, the name is pronounced with a rolling “r” and then a long e sound together followed by a short e at the end “rhi-zess” which translates to “roots” in Greek.

You should have something to write and jot down notes, suggestions, and reminders during the consultation. You should also start thinking about the singular topic you would like the research to focus on. It would be good to start thinking about collecting letters, photographs, etc. that pertain to the individual.
We begin creating the tree itself by placing the immediate family in the tree. Then we start looking for great grandparents and then branch out to seeking the siblings of the grandparents. We then present information that we might have found such as birth locations, occupations, or events that took place in their lives, etc. From there, the client can pick the singular topic or individual which they would like us to focus on as a new project. The process repeats itself going forward for every family member. A DNA test can be suggested at any point during the process.
Genealogical research costs vary for each project. Ancillary services begin at $25 USD. Get your free consultation today!
